The Cuisinart Grill & Griddle (model GG-2) is a space-saving 2-in-1 appliance that has a large reversible, non-stick plate with a ridged grill on one side, a flat griddle on the other. The embedded electric heating element allows you to evenly grill meat, fish, and vegetables indoors and without fussing with charcoal or propane. Or you can flip over the cooking plate to the flat side for pancakes, eggs, or fajitas!
